Orthopedic Surgeon
Michael Hasz, MD, FACS, is an orthopedic surgeon with more than 35 years of experience. Dr. Hasz has enhanced the lives of many of his patients through regenerative medicine, including PRP and human cellular tissue therapy, and through bioidentical hormone replacement therapy.
Dr. Hasz earned his medical degree from the University of Minnesota Medical School. A former major in the U.S. Air Force, he served as Chairman of the Department of Orthopedic Surgery and Director of Spinal Surgery at Andrews Air Force Base. He is certified in Orthopedic Surgery and is a bioidentical hormone provider.
He treats a range of conditions, including arthritis, neck pain, spine problems and hormone imbalance. His approach is compassionate and personalized, so that each patient receives the treatment plan that is best for them.
